Cookies: For watercolor sugar cookie inquiries, please contact us through the Contact form or fill out the Cookie Order Request Form. Cookies can not be shipped and are only available for pick up local to the Jackson, MS Metro area. We need at least one weeks notice for cookie orders. However we only take on 1-2 orders during available weeks. To ensure you get on our calendar, we recommend booking your cookie order 1-2 months in advance. 

Custom Watercolors: Please contact us with any questions for custom watercolors through the Contact form. If you’d like to inquire about a different size than what is shown available or different style that isn’t listed, please do so via the Contact form. We highly recommend that you also look through our social media and website to view previous work to be sure our style is in line with what you’re looking for. What you see is what you get : )

Turn Around Times: Turn around times for custom watercolors can vary. When inquiring about a a custom piece, please let note when you are needing the piece by so we can do our best to accommodate. 

Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of the United States. If you are local to the Jackson, MS Metro area and would prefer to do free local pick up, please let us know and select local pick up when ordering. 

Refunds: All orders are final and non refundable due to their custom handmade nature. Madison Jai Styles is not responsible for packages lost and no orders can be reimbursed if lost or damaged. If this does occur, please let us know as we would like to make sure this is avoided in the future.
